TUTTAVA

TUTTAVA  is a program designed to improve work performance and order. The word itself is actually an acronym for the Finnish words "safe and productive work habits". 

TUTTAVA has been implemented since the year 1984.
 
The TUTTAVA program is based on four key elements: 

  • Employee participation
  • Management / employee support
  • Systematic approach
  • Positive feedback
