Accommodation

The Congress Secretariat has reserved a block of rooms for the Conference participants. Participants should make their hotel reservations in advance on the conference registration form. To guarantee your hotel reservation, a deposit of one night’s rate is required. The deposit should be paid together with the registration fee, and will be deducted from your hotel invoice when you check out. If you must cancel your reservation, please refer to the cancellation and refund policy above.
