The registration fee for delegates includes:

· Helsinki City sightseeing
· Bus transportation between the Conference venue and the Conference hotels
· NOTE! Does not include admission to scientific programme
Please note that the Conference dinner, lunches, travel costs, hotel accommodation and insurances are not included in the fees.
Payment and confirmation
All payments (registration fees, hotel deposit) should be made in advance in euros (EUR) in connection with the registration. When registering online, you will receive instant confirmation of successful registration to your email.

Please use the participant’s reference number when making the bank transfer. The reference number will be shown on the automatic reply that you will receive after submitting the registration form online. Credit card payments will be dealt automatically.
Note!
· Invoice will be sent only by request. Invoice supplement EUR 6.10 will be added to the invoice.
· All payments should be free of bank handling charges.
· Bank drafts as well as personal, travellers’ or company cheques cannot be accepted.
Confirmation of registration
TAVI Congress Bureau will confirm the registration upon receiving the registration and payments. No confirmation letters will be sent before all the payments (including the hotel deposit) have been received.
Please note that denial of visa application to Finland does not entitle a participant to any refunds.
Cancellation and refund policy
Kindly note that all cancellations and/or changes to registration and accommodation must be made in writing to TAVI Congress Bureau by email: euronanosh@tavicon.fi or by fax: +358 3 233 0444.
If cancellation for the participation and/or hotel reservation is received before 1 October 2007, the registration fee will be refunded with the exception of EUR 50 for handling fee and/or the deposit will be refunded except EUR 5 for handling fee. If cancellation is received after 1 October 2007, no refund will be made. There is no refund of registration or hotel deposit in the case of no-show. There is no extra fee if a delegate’s cancelled registration is transferred to a colleague from the same organization.
