Duration: Workshop/session approx. 1,5 to 2 hours, preparation approx. 1 to 2 hours
Contents: Digital or analogue workshop material and 35 psychosocial resource and workload factors.
Results: Concrete action plan for one resource or workload factor.

  • For whom?
For a team or work community that wants to develop well-being at work and their own practices. The workshop may be led by a supervisor, team leader, project manager or HR. In the digital game participants must have a computer or smartphone at their disposal.
  • Benefits?
You recognise what burdens your team or gives your team resources in everyday work. You will strengthen the commitment of team members when everyone can participate in the development process.

Option 1: Digital workshop

  • A digital game guides the team to prioritize the most important resources and most significant workload factors at work. The most important of these is selected.
  • To form a shared view, the game makes it easy to vote on matters and take notes of the discussion. The game guides you forward, and a summary report is generated automatically.
  • The recommended number of participants is 6 to 8 per workshop. If the team is significantly larger, it should be divided into smaller groups.
  • As a result, you will prepare a concrete action plan for one resource or workload factor.
  • Choose the digital workshop
    • when you want to utilise a digital game to engage the team.
    • when every participant has a computer or smartphone at their disposal.
    • when the workshop can be implemented regardless of location remotely, face-to-face or in a hybrid manner.

Option 2: Traditional workshop

  • A traditional workshop implementation helps the team discuss and prioritise the most important resources and workload factors.
  • The instructions will help you facilitate the workshop so that you can form a shared view.
  •  You will draw up a concrete plan to strengthen the selected resource or to manage the chosen workload factor - you will agree on what to do next. You will focus on what is essential and improve your chances of making changes in the functioning and well-being of the work community.
  • Choose a traditional workshop
    • when using the digital game is not possible.
    • when everyone participating is in the same space.

Workshop contents and leader’s guide

  • Discussing the resource and workload factors of the workplace and selecting the topic considered most important.
  • Setting a goal and brainstorming solutions.
  • Documenting the action plan (schedule, roles and responsibilities, follow-up and evaluation).
