Who is the online coaching programme intended for?

The ‘Recovery from Work’ online coaching is suitable for all organizations that aim to prevent stress and improve well-being at work. The whole work community or an individual may take part in the online coaching programme.

Content of the online coaching programme

During the coaching, we guide employees to try different methods of recovering from work and find the ones that work best for them.

The course has seven modules

  • Stress: Good and bad stress
  • Diet: Energy and routine from food
  • Time Management: Adding hours to your day

  • Alcohol: Enjoy a drink – but in moderation!

Study at your own pace

Give yourself an hour to study each module.

Go through the module study materials. You have videos, exercises and tests at your disposal.

Schedule the tasks that you do with your work unit.
