Philippe has worked since 2010 in the L’Oréal Corporate H&S structure, in charge of Industrial Hygiene and Toxicology, mainly implied in the exploration/remediation of emerging risks and in the coaching of plants on chemical risk management. He joined L’Oréal in 2000 on an assignment within R&D, where he had introduced the OHSAS 18001 safety management system. He had also participated to the construction of various laboratories worldwide and in the conception/implementation of many chemical management policies. Previously, he spent 10 years in the General Electric company, in the business of thermoplastic and engineered polymers, working in various environments from fundamental research to process development and further to production. Philippe is a Chemical Engineer and a PhD in Organic Chemistry. He also holds 2 MSc, one in Analytical & Spectroscopy and another one in Toxicology.
