Our working times are flexible and we use flexitime between 6 a.m. and 9 p.m., with the exception of certain tasks. Where possible, work can also be performed remotely.

We want to encourage our personnel to be physically active and actively recover from their work. Because of this, all of our employees can use one hour of their working time on exercising every week. In addition, we use an app for exercise breaks that makes it easier to take breaks.

We offer our employees an annual benefit worth EUR 400 for sport and culture events of their choice. Our employees can use the benefit to purchase massage services as well.

We offer more extensive occupational health services than the minimum required by law to support your well-being. Our occupational health services currently include digital preventive mental well-being services as well.

In addition to extensive occupational health services, our employees are protected by leisure time accident insurance and group life insurance.
