The Human-centric AI Actions at Workplaces project promotes the use of artificial intelligence in a manner that develops both productivity and work well-being.

Generative artificial intelligence offers many opportunities for workplaces, but its deployment may be slowed down by a lack of competence, uncertainty about suitable applications for artificial intelligence and uncertainty about the benefits of artificial intelligence.

The Human-centric AI Actions at Workplaces project addresses these challenges by developing a Human-centric AI Actions at Workplaces operational model and tools to support it in collaboration with workplaces.

The aim is that the practical model enables workplaces to implement generative artificial intelligence in a goal-oriented and responsible manner that supports well-being at work.
