17th International EAOHP Conference in Helsinki in 2026
Welcome to 17th Conference of the European Academy of Occupational Health Psychology (EAOHP) to be organized in Helsinki on 15th – 17th June 2026.
The theme of the conference is "Mental health at work: From research to policy and practice"
The EAOHP 2026 Conference will take place at the University of Helsinki, Fabianinkatu 33, Helsinki. The theme is promoting mental health at work.
Approximately 600 participants are expected at the conference, with an estimated 300 - 400 oral and poster presentations. The conference is aimed at researchers and anyone interested in occupational health and occupational psychology topics.

- Jari Hakanen, Professor, Finnish Institute of Occupational Health and University of Helsinki (Finland)
- Sabine Sonnentag, Professor, University of Mannheim (Germany).
Special session Practice forum
The EAOHP’s Practice Forum, in collaboration with the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health (FIOH), will deliver a selection of special sessions throughout the conference days. The aim of these sessions is to promote the discussion regarding practical solutions and challenges of collaboration models and roles in supporting mental well-being at workplaces among practitioners and OHS specialists collaborating with workplaces.
Conference assistants

Are you skilled in languages and service-oriented? The EAOHP2026 conference is looking for assistants to help with tasks such as registration desk duties, participant guidance, lecture hall support, and poster setup.
As a conference assistant, you'll get to experience an international atmosphere and learn the principles of organizing a scientific conference. This role is especially well-suited for students.
