Become an expert in occupational safety and health

The training provides you with basic information about occupational safety and health. We familiarise you with the different areas of occupational safety and the scope of activity of an expert in the field. You will gain skills for the development of the work environment, work community, and co-operation with the authorities and occupational health care.

• The Occupational safety officer and representative basic courses (in Finnish)

The training course improves your competence from basic knowledge on occupational safety to more challenging topics. We cover topics such as solutions for a safe indoor environment and a functional work community. In addition to lectures, you will work on practical example cases together with experts and other participants, to support your learning. The course is also offered in Swedish.

• Occupational safety officer and representative advanced courses (in Finnish)

The training prepares you to become a professional in occupational safety and health at your workplace. We offer you the means to apply what you have learned in your own workplace, get to know activities and work environment at other workplaces, and take advantage of the personal network you create during the training.
