What can we learn from Nordic efforts to improve psychosocial working conditions?
Psychosocial working conditions remain a key challenge across the Nordic countries, despite long-standing efforts to promote healthy and safe workplaces. In this webinar, we present the main findings of the project Nordic Overview of Organisational Psychosocial Interventions (NOOPI), which mapped and compared organization-level psychosocial workplace interventions in Finland, Denmark, Norway and Sweden. Key lessons, shared challenges, and overall conclusions emerging from the Nordic perspective will be commented on by external speakers.

The webinar is aimed at professionals who work in roles related to psychosocial work environments, occupational safety, organizational development, occupational health, and workplace-level interventions.
Additionally, we hope to invite researchers, representatives from pension insurers and funders of labor market research, as well as others interested in developing the psychosocial work environment at workplaces.
