Aim of the Conference
The aim of the Conference is to share knowledge and discuss research results of the national and international projects related to Prolonging Working Life in times of demographic changes. The presentations can be given on-site or on-line in Teams.
To whom?
All researchers and experts interested in the topics are welcome. Participants are encouraged to submit an abstract with their own research to be presented at the conference.

No registration fee
There is no registration fee neither for the On-line participants or On-site participants. Also lunch and coffee are covered by the Organizers. However naturally the On-site participants need to cover their travel and accomodation costs themselves.

Background
This conference continues the series initiated by the PEROSH project “Prolonging Working Life” in 2018. The first conference was organized by the National Research Centre for the Working Environment (NFA) in Copenhagen in 2020. The PEROSH project aimes to identify both push and stay factors influencing the labour market participation of older workers across different European countries.
Today, the scope of the conference has broadened, and the themes of the Helsinki Conference also include the position of young people in working life as well as the impact of demographic changes on working life.
