Conference Assistants are needed for the EAOHP Conference, 15–18 June 2026 in Helsinki

Would you like to volunteer as a conference assistant?

Are you skilled in languages and service-oriented? The EAOHP2026 organising team is looking for enthusiastic assistants to help with tasks such as registration desk duties, participant guidance, lecture hall support, and poster setup.

The EAOHP 2026 Conference will take place at the University of Helsinki, Fabianinkatu 33, Helsinki. The theme is “Mental health at work - From research to policy and practice”.

As a conference assistant, you will experience an international atmosphere and learn the principles of organising a scientific conference. This role is especially well-suited for students. You will receive free lunches, coffee and a T-shirt and you can attend sessions outside your shifts.

Approximately 700 participants are expected at the conference, with an estimated 300 - 400 oral and poster presentations. The conference is aimed at researchers and anyone interested in occupational health and occupational psychology topics.

The conference is organized by EAOHP in collaboration with the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health (FIOH), University of Helsinki, Ministry of Social Affairs and Health, and the City of Helsinki. EAOHP is an organization that supports research and education in the field of occupational health psychology in Europe.
