The Exercise According to Work Tool

The Exercise According to Work survey helps workplaces plan exercise and physical activity that promotes work ability. It provides ways to promote exercise, physical activity and recovery as part of work ability management and the daily operations of the workplace. The survey will help you identify the special characteristics of your workplace, whether it involves sedentary work or physically demanding tasks. It provides immediate feedback and tips for supporting work ability through exercise. In addition, you will receive practical tips for fostering a positive attitude towards exercise in the workplace.

Duration: Responding to the survey c. 10 minutes + development measures.
Content: A survey in five stages, personalized feedback and further reading based on the answers.
Result: Tips for exercise that is appropriate for the workplace and promotes recovery.

The Exercise According to Work survey will provide immediate feedback regarding the situation in your own organization or unit. You will also be provided with appropriate method cards containing further tips for promoting exercise, physical activity and recovery.
