Work Ability Management Overview

The Work Ability Management Overview tool is a survey that provides an overview of the current state of work ability management and helps identify development needs. There are two versions of the tool. First, select the right tool based on the size of the workplace.

Select the overview tool for large workplaces if

  • there are at least 100 employees at your workplace
  • the number of people working in work ability management (top and middle management, supervisors, HR and occupational safety representatives) is at least 10.

Select the overview tool for small workplaces if

  • there are fewer than 100 employees at your workplace
  • practices for supporting work ability are only just starting to take shape at your workplace.
