The Resilience Test
Start using the Workplace Resilience Toolkit by completing the Workplace Resilience Test and get a snapshot of your organization’s resilience. The test will also provide a recommendation on which part of the toolkit to use next.
Duration: Small group work for 60 minutes, joint summary 30 minutes.
Contents: A 14-question test to be done together.
Result: A snapshot of the organization’s resilience and a recommendation on a workshop.
- For whom?
The test can be facilitated by a manager, supervisor or safety, strategy or HR personnel. - Benefits?
You will obtain an overview of the current state of resilience and a recommendation on whether the organization should primarily develop collaboration, decision-making or threat preparedness.
Conducting the test with the work community
- Do the test by discussing each question together. Joint discussion allows identifying ways for developing work, processes, well-being at work and work ability. After identifying development targets with the joint discussion, you can then proceed to coming up with ideas and agree on measures to be taken.
- If necessary, divide a large group into small groups of 3-5 people. A small group enables confidential discussions regarding the different areas of preparedness for change.
- Print out the survey summary for yourself and discuss it.
- Decide which tool from the toolkit you will use next.
