Work Resources and Workload Factors – survey and workshop

Strengthen your team’s psychosocial resources and manage workload factors, developing them with the help of a survey and workshop. The survey can be used to assess how the employees perceive work resources and workload factors and to create an overview of the situation to serve as a basis for the development work. Organizing the workshop after the survey helps facilitate discussions of important issues together. In the workshop, a concrete action plan is created to strengthen one resource factor or to reduce one workload factor. It is also possible to organize the workshop without carrying out the survey.

Start by choosing the right tool for your situation.
